If your ex boyfriend new girlfriend asalted you what and how would you go about it.?

I thought he was breaking up with her his roommate showed her where I lived and she came over and choked me I don't know her last name but I did make a police report and plan to get her charged but I also want to put up a restraing order against her and those that were witnessing and did nothing
Answers:
you did everything you were suppose to do.me personally i would have found out where she lives and kicked her a***! you are very good because it would have been on and crackin when she stepped to my face, but some people handle things better than others..Good luck i even feel like kickin her a** for you!! lol lol lol
Sounds like you took all the right steps. All you have to do is follow through!
I love women. They fall for any bulls*t a guy tells them.
Leave him NOW!! Did he come to the Police Station with you? LEAVE HIM NOW!!! he is not worth your trouble, move on, there are other fish in the sea!
You already did everything you were supposed to. Just steer clear of her and the ex both.
Good for you. You made a police report. Now follow through and press charges. Tell the police that you fear for your safety and want a restraining order. Just make sure to do exactly what the police tell you and you will be in control.
And if you haven't already done so, dump him. You need to be around nice people who don't hurt others, and who are faithful to their significant others. You are worth it.
I would ask the ex-boyfriend, if you are still talking to him, what her last name is. Or, I would talk to the officer that took your report, I hope that he gave you a buisness card, and ask him, if he finds out her last name, if he would tell you, so that you can have a restraining order put againist her. He should have no problem helping you out with that.
If you were "asalted," I would use "pepper" spray on her.
File a report with the police department. File for a restraining order. Cut off all connections with them both. Call Dr. Laura or read her books.
You will be able to get a restraining order because there was violence involved. As long as the police investigate it you should have no problem, because they can get her last name from your ex. What is good though, is that there were witnesses and hopefully the police took statements from them.
Follow up on the police report to make sure they are doing something about it and once they complete the investigation you will be able to get a copy of the report to take to the court to file for a restraining order.
The police report should have her information on it as far as first and last name and her address.
