If you could have it your way how would you punish child beaters?

Answers:
A friend of mine once told me how he believes child molesters and rapists should be punished..
Have them stand at a tree stump.
Have them drop trouser.
Have them lay out their dick on the stump.
Nail gun their dick to the stump
Flammable substance smeared on their dick.
Hand them a butter knife.
Set their dick on fire.
Let them choose..
I have to say, I like the way this man thinks! Very creative, and gets rid of the problem.

What constitutes a child "beater?" I agree with discipline and a little smack on the *** every once in a while can do more good than damage.
As for someone who habitually harms their child - fry'em! Not really but I do believe in punishment that fits the crime. Someone who beats on children should be sentenced to being habitually beaten by a larger person. Of course, that will never happen in this country but I like the eye for an eye philosophy.

first: corporal punishment and spakning are not the same as beatings. now with that out of the way, perhaps if those who beat children got what they gave, they would stop it completely.

I won't punish them.
I know that it is very cruel for them to abuse children but first we must think:
Why did they beat them?
Is anything wrong with them?
Did they know that it is wrong for them to do so?
Or is it they think that children have no rights and therefore they should be despised and tortured?
In this case,they should be sent for counselling.Let these people know what they've done is wrong before punishing them.

What do you mean by child beaters? There is a huge difference between parents who physically abuse their children and those who administer chastisement for wrong doing.

First they should be given an intense round of counseling and parent training. If that does not help, they should loose their kids forever. People get their pets taken away forever for abuse, why is it that kids get sent back to an abusive situation? They should then loose all ability to have more kids in the future. In addition to that they should spend time in jail. Not a long time though, because they will need a job. They will need a job, because they should be required to pay for all counseling their children (weather the children are adults now or not) will need in order to get over the emotional trauma of being abused. If it is even possible to get over the emotional trauma. Physical wounds heal quickly, it is the emotional ones caused by abuse that are the most devastating. I would get a few big guys to beat them the same way they beat those kids and more to see if they like it but i am sure deep down they are all basically cowards or they will pick on someone there own age and strength

But, it depends what you mean by -"child beaters" ? Cos if say a parent gave a beating to correct their child, then i would not classify them under "child beaters".
I think "child beaters" are people with evil minds and evil intentions. So, i would call the police !

If we are talking abuse rather than chastisement, then I suggest the children are taken away from them then castrate the father and sterilise the mother.
