If you can get free Legal services. What would you recommend getting done ...good to have legal documents etc

I have a plan thru work that allows me to engage legal services, some are selective.. I want to consider taking advantage of this service.
If you say "get a trust" -- please be specific as to what kind and why.
Setup an "LLC" -- again what kind and why.
Answers:
If you are married or have children...save the free selection for family law services. Most people do not realize how much it cost to hire an attorney for divorce, child support or family law.
I work for an attorney and have had many clients wishing they held off their free services for these times (sometimes 5 years down the road.)
If none of these apply to you and you are single...I would say to choose a trust (assuming you have enough assets to make it worth it.) That way things are clear when you pass away.
As for a LLC. Why would you want to do that for?
What company gives/awards legal services to employees (I'm interested in learning). If you want doc-copies of filings, or to set-up an LLC.. I work for a company that does this (but not for free). It could help, very much tho.. www.blumberg.com and click on Corporate Services. Or, send me an email at jan@blumb.com. Glad if we could help, or help you greater company -- on a larger scale to help ALL of your co-workers with business, real estate %26 public records, etc.
The first service I recommend is setting up an appointment and exploring with the attorneys a trust, a will, a living will, a durable power of attorney, etc. Find out what if anything you have to pay. Find out what other services are covered by the policy.
A will and living will would be most obvious.
Perhaps this is a good time to take advantage and buy real estate.
But why deal with lawyers if you don't have to?
