by check, could you be able to cash it or deposit it into a bank account? could you, and or should you file taxes? what happend if you didn't? What if you did file would something happend since you worked without authorization?

I think you are referring to people who are here on visa's etc, if you are , then if they are caught working they will be deported and barred from this country for a min of 10 years before they can apply for a visa again,
I'm kinda confused with the not legally allowed to work but take the check to the bank it was drawn on and cash it. If you have a bank account, you can put it in there. This is called "paid under the table" As for filing, I haven't got a clue, just remember Uncle Sam wants all that is due him.

the real answer is since they do not have the proper to documents to work they use forged ones with someone elses social. Nothing really happens if you dont file your taxes for a while they leave the money in there they dont get it back
