Shoot them in the knees and then let them live and make it illegal to help them with anything. Also would cut their penis and balls off.
First choice: Death.
Second choice: Physical castration.
Third Choice: Chemical castration.
A first offence sex offender should be sentenced to at Least 5 - 10. See if they want to touch little boys then.Second offence 25 - life or death and a slow and agonizing castration by blow torch.
Make them live in Wyoming. Oh, thats horrible.
I would have the lot of them injected with a drug that I would cause to be developed that would make them all sexually irresistable to one another, and lock them all in a room together until I felt like letting them out. The condition for their release would be that they would continue using this drug, and continue bonking only their fellow sexual offenders and not underage boys and girls.
The only solution -- I'd have them executed immediately using the most inhumane method available. Either the firing squad or hanging.
On public Television a 3 foot long 4x4 is nailed to their privates. It is then lit on fire. They have two choices;
1) Let it burn
2) Rip the nail out
I would give the offender one of 2 options, life without the possibility of parole in the general prison population or 1 hour alone with the family's of the victims. Either way works for me as it would end repeat offenders.
